Best Western Executive Inn & Suites Grand Rapids

The bed was great, the room - beautiful and absolutely perfect. Service was excellent too. Could use their good parking.

Every detail was ideal from the beginning, including stuff and location, I liked it. The bedroom was twin and the bed was very perfect.

This is low budget and fairly clean hotel with huge rooms and best staff. The venue is in the nice enough zone. Easy to go to the airport, which is 9 miles away.

The first 3 star hotel where everything was amazing and spotless. Stayed in glamorous triple room with a pretty comfy bed and the heart shaped whirlpool, for instance. Its staff was cheery & approaching.

Location was fine and staff genuinely helpful. The staff did all they can for an AWESOME stay. Hotel was spotless. Hot breakfast, we thoroughly enjoyed it. A kind of exceptional service.

It is hassle free hotel, I liked its immaculate rooms and professional staff. Early check in and late check out. Furthermore, high-speed internet access in all rooms is cool.

We would stay here again. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a writing table and a couch bed were available in our king room.

Everything was very clean. Breakfast staff was very accessible.

Welcome base for discovering Grand Rapids. The lobby staff does a fabulous job. Good choice of food for a vegetarian breakfast.

a work desk and a bed were a bonus. bed was comfy, great night sleep. beltline bar, where you can eat, is within walking distance the hotel. best venue experience.

Honestly no complaints whatsoever. 20 minutes by car from the airport.
