This is low budget and fairly clean hotel with huge rooms and best staff. The venue is in the nice enough zone. Easy to go to the airport, which is 9 miles away.

The first 3 star hotel where everything was amazing and spotless. Stayed in glamorous triple room with a pretty comfy bed and the heart shaped whirlpool, for instance. Its staff was cheery & approaching.

It is hassle free hotel, I liked its immaculate rooms and professional staff. Early check in and late check out. Furthermore, high-speed internet access in all rooms is cool.

Welcome base for discovering Grand Rapids. The lobby staff does a fabulous job. Good choice of food for a vegetarian breakfast.

a work desk and a bed were a bonus. bed was comfy, great night sleep. beltline bar, where you can eat, is within walking distance the hotel. best venue experience.
